YES! We hire only the best! Our experienced and verified professional cleaners go through a very extensive hiring process and must have 3-4 years of airbnb/hotel cleaning experience. All cleaners have background checks and are required to be licensed and insured. All of our cleaners are amazing, hardworking, show up on time, and are extremely reliable and we always have back up cleaners, even for our back ups! Someone is always available!

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this. If you are an airbnb host and prefer to keep a cleaning closet stocked for cleaners, please let us know as well and we will help keep it stocked for you.

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service. You can also let us know of any specific requests you need.

If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money. If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know.
